The Baseline Method

The Baseline Method leverages the science of sound and rhythm to regulate the nervous system and anchor leadership.

Developed by Dr. Heidi Tsai, a concert artist with advanced psychology training from Boston University, she brings decades of stage experience to high pressure environments from orchestras to executive teams: reducing stress, sharpening focus, and unlocking fresh thinking.

We go beyond music to engineer clarity, innovation, and peak performance. Solo or in sync.
